Step 1: Clean the surface of the dashboard thoroughly.

Step 2: Remove the protective film from the adhesive strip and press the LED strip firmly into the desired gaps.

Step 3: Connect the USB cable to the power source.

Step 4: Download the app via the QR code on the control unit to adjust the colors and modes.

At Novaride, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional value and top-tier service. To ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, we offer fast and reliable shipping directly from our warehouses in the USA (via USPS) and in Asia (via ePacket or EMS).

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are thrilled to offer international shipping services to customers all around the globe. While we strive to reach every corner of the world, there are a few select locations we are currently unable to ship to. If your delivery address happens to be in one of those areas, our team will contact you directly to assist you.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please double-check that your billing and shipping information is entirely accurate before completing your order. Novaride cannot be held liable for lost or missing packages if an incorrect address was provided during checkout. However, if a mistake was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and replace your original order at absolutely no additional charge to you.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties once your items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to local customs fees upon arrival in your destination country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that in some instances involving free shipping methods, detailed tracking information may not be available.

Don't worry! For some shipping carriers, it takes about 2 - 5 business days for tracking information to officially update in their system. If you placed your order more than 5 business days ago and there is still no data on your tracking number, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical efficiency and to get your items to you as fast as possible, products from the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages—even if you specified combined shipping at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note: We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day withdrawal right within the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags, in original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
